Rotate or flip? First work out which problem you have
Rotating turns the whole picture by an angle without mirroring it, so text stays readable; flipping is a mirror reflection that swaps left and right (or top and bottom). Rotate when the picture is on its side or upside down; flip when a selfie looks left-right reversed or follow-along moves do not match.
