Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-08-20

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using any tool provided by VideoKit (www.videokit.cc), you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, please stop using this site.

2. About the service

VideoKit offers a set of free online video and audio tools with no account required. The vast majority run entirely inside your browser; the platform video downloaders need our server to resolve the link. See the Privacy Policy for the exact data flows.

This site is a free project under continuous maintenance. We may add, change, suspend or retire any tool at any time without individual notice.

3. Your responsibilities

You must hold the legal rights to the material you process, or have the rights holder's permission. You may not use this site to process content that infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or personal rights, nor content whose distribution is prohibited by law.

When using the platform video downloaders, it is up to you to comply with the target platform's terms of service and with the copyright law where you live. These tools exist so you can obtain content you are entitled to obtain — for example, work you published yourself, licensed material, or cases of fair use permitted by law. Judging whether you are entitled to download something, and bearing the consequences, is your responsibility.

You may not scrape in bulk with automated scripts, circumvent rate limits, probe for vulnerabilities, or otherwise interfere with the normal operation of this site and its servers.

4. Disclaimer

This site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Because browsers differ in which codecs they support, some files may fail to process or produce disappointing output; nor do we guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

Always keep your own backup of the original material. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for file corruption, data loss, results that fall short of expectations, or any indirect losses arising from your use of this site.

5. Intellectual property

The interface, copy, branding and code of this site belong to VideoKit. The files you process and whatever you make from them remain yours throughout — using the tools on this site grants us no rights whatsoever over your material.

6. About support payments

Supporting us is an entirely voluntary one-off contribution towards the cost of the domain, servers and development; it is not the purchase of a product or service. Every tool is fully usable whether or not you contribute. The “supporter” flag that appears afterwards is simply a local marker stored on your current device, whose only effect is to stop showing you support prompts — it unlocks no extra features.

Support payments are handled on Stripe's hosted checkout page. If you have a question about a specific payment, please contact us through the on-site feedback link.

7. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes to these terms, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated version.

8. Contact us

If you have any question about these terms, please contact us through the feedback button at the bottom right of the page. For anything data-related, see our Privacy Policy.
